First-time buyers are being encouraged to visit Allison Homes’ Boston Gate development to find out more about the help available - including the government's Help to Buy scheme - to purchase thier first home.
The site is holding an event over the weekend of 28 and 29 September, dedicated to showing people how easy it can be to 'get onto the property ladder'.
The Boston Gate site will be open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on the Saturday and Sunday, giving buyers the opportunity to view Allison Homes showhomes and ask questions about the house-buying process. There will be an independent financial advisor and a lawyer present to offer mortgage and financial advice to visitors.
Boston Gate, set in the historic town of Boston, offers a range of traditional two, three, four and five-bedroom homes in a variety of styles.
Residents of Boston benefit from a number of local amenities, with good shopping, dining, entertainment and sports facilities available. Boston has its own museum, and visitors to the town can see well-known sites including the Pilgrim Fathers Memorial and the church of St Botolph.
The town also boasts excellent transport links, with Nottingham, London and the rest of Lincolnshire easily reachable by road or rail. The mix of rural life with urban connections makes Boston an ideal location for home buyers and families of all kinds.
