Allison Homes is welcoming new home buyers to find out more about part exchanging at its Pinchbeck Fields site.
A special event will be held over the weekend of 28 and 29 September, with the aim of showing visitors how easy it can be to buy a new house using Allison Homes’ part exchange scheme.
The event will run from 10:00am to 5:00pm on both the Saturday and Sunday. Experts from Allison Homes will be available to answer any questions about what part exchange entails, and an independent financial advisor and lawyer will be on hand to offer advice on mortgages and finances. Visitors will also be able to look around showhomes to find out what they can expect from an Allison Homes house.
Prospective home buyers who reserve a plot over the weekend will receive £2000 towards Stamp Duty and can receive a valuation on their existing property within 48 hours. Should these valuations be satisfactory, Allison Homes will make an offer on your current house in exchange for one of their new build homes, saving you the time and effort of having to sell your own home.
Located in the village of Pinchbeck, Pinchbeck Fields offers two, three, four- and five-bed houses in a variety of styles.
With the town of Spalding mere miles away, and with strong transport links to Peterborough, Pinchbeck Fields blends rural and urban together perfectly. Residents can make the most of traditional pubs and country walkways right on their doorstep, while still having access to leisure facilities just a short drive away. The area also benefits from one of the lowest crime rates in England, making it an ideal location for anyone to live.
